I've teamed up with Wireless Theatre, celebrating 10 years of creating original audio drama, in conjunction with female-stories-led company Snatchback (run by Beth Eyre of Wooden Overcoats) to bring a new production of my audio adventure serial Drayton Trench to London... and then the world!
It's an exciting and ridiculous quest across the globe as Drayton Trench and her capable secretary Marjorie Majoribanks must use all their wits and meagre resources to defeat cultists, vampires, and the spirit of Julius Caesar himself! Under the auspices of Wireless and Snatchback, I've re-edited and expanded my original scripts so that Drayton Trench can be performed live for the first time! It's being recorded throughout September at London's Museum of Comedy, with our cast to be announced shortly. If you can't get to London, however, then you'll still be able to experience the mayhem when - again, for the very first time - Drayton Trench is released as a podcast!
Tickets to the live recordings are available now, and the six episodes will be made available on iTunes.

My sitcom about rival undertakers is coming back for a 3rd season - if we can raise the money to do it! To do this we'll be running another Kickstarter campaign, and I've been putting together a new miniseries to feature alongside it.
Funn Fragments are five self-contained scenes from the day-to-day running of Funn Funerals, featuring the core cast in original situations. I've assembled a team of writers known for their previous audio work - many of whom have not written for the show before! They are: Ben Cottam (BBC Radio 4's Plum House), Christopher Hogg (Rathband podcast and Flowers for Chapman from our first season), Alex Lynch (BBC Radio 4's Expenses Only and the All Glory podcast), Lauren Shippen (The Bright Sessions podcast), and Gabriel Urbina (Wolf 359 podcast). It's been great to work with all of them and edit their scripts, which begin recording next week.
Funn Fragments will become available on iTunes throughout September as milestones in our Season 3 Kickstarter campaign are hit! We're also previewing a Season 3 script at the London Podcast Festival this year on September 17th - book your tickets here!
The King's Sister is a new 20 minute play about Anne of Cleves following her divorce from King Henry VIII.
I wrote it for the Historic Royal Palaces organisation and their new podcast series, released later in the year. I've also written some episodes of a new family adventure serial for commercial audio company Cecilia, which should be available on iTunes in September: details are being kept firmly under lock and key!
And if you happen to be in Malta in October, a new production of my stage comedy Birthday Suit is being produced by Masquerade, directed by Anthony Bezzina! Tickets are available here.
