We've launched the Kickstarter for the second season of Wooden Overcoats! Season One was made on a low budget with a huge team of talented professionals donating their time and efforts for free. For Season Two, we'd like to ensure that - in addition to covering our production costs and creating even more content - we can pay everybody for their work.
M'self and the new writing team are currently hard at work creating a whole season's worth of new stories for Rudyard, Antigone, Georgie, Eric and everybody else on the island of Piffling, and we just hope we get to hear them produced. We've even created some brand new mini-episodes for this fundraising campaign, called Piffling Lives, which give new perspectives on the series and its characters. New episodes will be launched to everybody on our iTunes feed when we hit our targets. Two of them - Random Mouse by Rosie Fletcher and Agatha Doyle and the Honey Trap by Tom Crowley - have already been released, and you can find them on your usual podcast client or on the Wooden Overcoats website. Check out our Kickstarter page, watch the video, have a gander at our rewards. We can only make this series if we fundraise our budget - and we really, really want to make this series. If you enjoyed Wooden Overcoats Season One, or even just plain like supporting independent radio comedy, please do consider donating some loose change to us, and share the Kickstarter with friends and family!
